1. DEFINITIONS
"D&L" refers to Dorky and Lady
"Products" means skateboarding ramps and related equipment
"Defective" means products that:
- Do not match advertised specifications
- Have manufacturing flaws affecting functionality
- Fail to meet South African safety standards

2. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By purchasing D&L products, you accept these Terms and Conditions. These terms, your order, and any written amendments constitute the complete agreement between you and D&L.

3. ORDERING AND PAYMENT
Full payment required before production begins
Prices are in South African Rand (ZAR)
Payment methods: EFT and SATS payments accepted, contact us for more details
Order confirmation sent within 24 hours

4. DELIVERY AND SHIPPING
Delivery timeframes: 5-10 business days (standard products)
Custom orders: 15-20 business days
Shipping costs calculated at checkout
Risk transfers upon delivery signature

5. WARRANTY
12-month warranty against manufacturing defects
Covers materials and workmanship
Excludes: Normal wear and tear, Improper assembly, Misuse or modification, Weather damage

6. RETURNS AND REFUNDS
6.1 Standard Returns
7-day return window for unopened products
15% restocking fee applies
Original packaging required
Customer pays return shipping
6.2 Defective Products
6-month return window
Repair, replacement, or refund options
D&L covers return shipping
14-day repair completion target

7. PRIVACY AND DATA PROTECTION
Compliant with POPIA
Data collected: Contact information, Purchase history, Product registration details
No third-party data sharing without consent

8. LIABILITY AND INDEMNIFICATION
Users assume inherent sporting risks
Users indemnify D&L against claims from: Improper use, Modified products, Failure to follow instructions

9. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Direct negotiation, Mediation, South African courts as last resort
Governing law: South African law

10. MODIFICATION OF TERMS
D&L may modify terms with 30 days notice
Changes posted on website
Continued use implies acceptance

11. SEVERABILITY
If any provision is invalid, other terms remain enforceable.

12. MAINTENANCE REQUIREMENTS
Regular inspection of all components
Tightening of fasteners monthly
Weather protection requirements
Annual professional inspection recommended
